As usual I am a bit late for my #1LinerWeds post. Crazy stuff has gone on in the last two weeks. more on that later.
As I approach 6 months of recovery this weekend I know that my Higher Power whom I choose to call God has made All Things New in me!! Enjoy this video of Anthony Evans performing his song.

For todays #1LinerWeds I want to remind everyone struggling with alcoholism or addiction to remember “Ask and It Will Be Given to You”. True statement if you ask your higher power and your support group for help you and you do the work, you will see the 9th Step Promises come true!
I hope enjoy this live version of Anthony Evans singing “Ask”! That’s what’s in My Rattled Cage, thanks for stopping by!!
I am loving participating in the 2020 #AtoZChallenge. So on my musical journey through the alphabet, I am sharing music that is in my extensive Apple Music collection. Today I have chosen I am giving you all a three fer ; ). Today I have chosen Anthony Evans’ Greater Is He, Mercy Me’s Grace Got You, and my all time favorite dedication to my husband, of over 19 years, Cruz with Blake Shelton’s God Gave Me You. In an effort for this post to not be so long, you can find the lyrics to each song by clicking the title of the song.

I am behind this week and that is okay because I am okay with playing catch up on my posts for a challenge. This week is Holy Week and I will have to miss Mass for the majority of it because on today 4/17 I am having the remainder of my teeth removed to make room for some brand new pearly whites in the form of full dentures. I am okay with missing the most important Masses this week because I know my God has MERCY!!!! I recently discovered a new artist for my catalog of music, Anthony Evans. Please enjoy the video for his song Mercy Tree.
I am so blessed during this Holy Week that in every time of trouble, I just need to run to My Father’s Arms!!! Jeremy Camp – My Father’s Arms
Another one of my favorite new artists is Jordan Feliz and continuing with my theme for today,- I know that I will always be able to seek shelter in My Shelter by Jordan Feliz!!!
That’s what’s in “My Rattled Cage”, thanks for stopping by!!!
