This is a late post part of #JusJotJan 1/4/2018.

If you have had a problem with alcoholism or cocaine addiction or know someone that has had one or both – every family has at least one and some have multiples, you know that the most passionate individual in their lives is their spouse or life partner. I can tell you that my husband of almost 17 years Cruz, we are not legally married because we do not believe in gay marriage because of our faith – but we do believe in civil unions to protect ourselves under the law, has been the most passionate and compassionate individuals throughout my many years of struggles with alcoholism and cocaine addiction. Sometimes to the point of being a passionate enabler which was of no help!

I am so truly BLESSED and PROUD to call him mine and that I get to wake up with him every day for the rest of my life!!!
